Located in a calm neighbourhood between historical Firenze and the Fiesole hills, 15-20 minutes walking distance from the Duomo. This apartment has been set up to offer a comfortable housing solution for 1 person or a couple.

It includes a charming living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, a wardrobe, a table for writing, a TV, music and book corner. The corridor leads to the small bedroom, furnished with a big double bed. The kitchen is in a small separated area equipped with fridge, freezer and a gas oven, a table for 3/4 persons.. The bathroom with shower area is fully equipped. The apartment is positioned near the Campo di Marte train station, a few blocks from the historical centre and is easily reachable with public transport: from the central station SMN with bus lines 10 and 17 and with the train from/to Campo di Marte. A lot of shops are located in the close neighbourhood: post office, some banks, laundry, ecc. 200 meters away from the apartment, in Viale dei Mille, is a supermarket, open until 8.00 pm.
