KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? To assist the Shanghai Site Manager for the daily operation of the catering contract
? To oversee the operation of mini shop & coffee bar
? To organize and oversee special catering functions (for events)
? To ensure all staff comply to all ADEN Services? policies & procedures
? To control manpower staffing according to contract
? To train staff according to ADEN Services? standard procedures
? To ensure dining room operates smoothly
? To respond to customers? complaints
? To ensure hygiene of premise complies to company & country?s Hygiene Law
? To ensure company?s dress code is adhered to at all times
? To keep good working relationship with clients
? To organize daily briefing meetings with staff
? To ensure high quality of service
? To carry out appraisal for staff and record
? To perform other duties as requested by Site Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

? Minimum 2 years working background in food service, cleaning or hospitality
? Good communication and reporting skills
? Fluent spoken and written English
? Detail-oriented
? Necessary PC skills
