All of our apartments are exceptionally styled and are throughout fully equipped with state of the art facilities. You will find fully equipped kitchen, stove, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, dinette, china, glasses and tableware, a complete supply of all bedding, linens and towels, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Most apartments have balconies. All bathrooms have shower and / or tub, sink, hairdryer and a WC. All apartments incl. entertainment facilities such as cable TV, DVD player and radio. Each apartment has full communication facilities such as free broadband ? telephone, fax and Internet connection/W-Lan. Washer/driers or free fully equipped laundry rooms are at your disposal.

There is everything needed to make for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

The rent includes all operating costs.
For long term leases (min. 12 months) the rent is reduced by Euro 100,00 p.m.
We offer weekly cleaning service (175,00 ? + 19% taxes per month).
We offer parking spaces for 75,00 EUR per month for our guests.
