Dealing with high managerial with banks delegates technical Accounts, revenue & expenses analytical reports with tuned up for management decision making process, demand & supply forecasting, analytical ratios, current use of methods, future technical incline/decline business process, presentable & strategically technical plans, capital Investment planning with expertise data from cash flows in addition the following is my daily routine job.
a)Editing/approval process Day-to-Day Transactions (Cash/Chq/JV's) for the encoding in ERP Accounting.
b)Preparation of daily reconciliation statement for the cash flow.
c)Responsible for the monthly closings with target maintained deadlines.
d)Strictly follow up with Collection status day to day over due invoices according to the aging analysis.
e)Monitoring the Accounts payable over due invoices.
f)Spot site surprise checking with Branch Accounts to ensure the work/file maintenance etc
g)Ensure to make ready for the ISO quality audit every six months.
h)Co-ordination with internal auditors & external auditors at the month/year end.

My duties :
?Maintaining up to date the books of accounts in ERP system Grate planes.
?Review and validate daily posting batches and signoff.
?Correspond to suppliers and debtors with regards to the invoices, and receivable balances.
?Review and signoff monthly reconciliation statements from vendors.
?Deal with banks and ensure sufficient funds exist in the bank accounts.
?Prepare monthly reporting package and forward it to the Financial Controller for his review and approval.
?Prepare, input, and file journal entries.
?Ensuring monthly bank reconciliations are prepared and reviewed.
?Perform a variety of general office support duties including typing, maintaining files and records.
?Perform other duties as assigned.
?Finance work involves preparation of letter of Credit, Bank loans, requirements, dealing with the banks interest cyber rates monitoring, cash flow, financials, projections, schedules, repayments all required work to the banks.
