looking for room in central amsterdam or utrecht

i am a proffessional tango dancer looking for a room in central amsterdam or Utrecht. i am looking for a place to base myself and will be touring for approx. 3 weeks of the month (sometimes more, sometimes less). i am from New zealand but have been living in the uk for the last years.

i am looking for a room or studio flat to live for at least the next 3 months and would be interested in somewhere longer term if it was what i am looking for.
