Assist GM in all aspects of managing the Existing Mgment Company
Coordinate with team
Arrange meetings
organize reporting---maintenance,cleaning check,finance
help with translation & contracting
communicate with tenants
help new tenants coordinate registration
weekly property visits

Requirements
extremely organized, responsible, attention to detail
preferably has experience in property & customer service
strong English reading and writing
Experience with foreigners---GM is american
