JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A successful applicant must have:

Minimum Degree in any discipline

1-year sales experience a plus; we will consider Fresh Grad applicants that are up to the challenges

Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong business support to the team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on closure.

?Out of the box? approach in recruiting and a ?can do? attitude with energy and enthusiasm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct online/database search, assess compatibility, and conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates to match client requirements.
Assist in scheduling phone and on-site interviews as needed
Develop new accounts and maintain relationship with existing clients.
Proactively ensure a healthy pool of talents
Deliver professional advice to job seekers pertaining to their career development
Administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Full-Time Permanent
Working Days: 5 days week from 8:30am to 5:30pm
Location: Dubai

Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience
