Software Development company is currently looking for :
Sales Manager & Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
?
Drive, direct, motivate and coach the sales personnel on their performance progress to achieve their individual targets.
?
Achieve and exceed agreed monthly target and contribute to annual sales target.
?
Identify and develop improved customer facing contact activities/processes.
?
Accountable for maximizing productivity and motivation of the sales person to meet all sales standards and manage the above sales functions within approved selling expenses.
?
Achieve, exhibit and maintain highest levels of leadership, team building and task management with the team, and to support the development of team skills, including technical, planning, selling skills and intra organizational communication skills.
?
Accountable for maintaining effective communication with all internal and external support services to ensure their commitment to the attainment of the sales growth objective.
?
Participate in the regular formal appraisal of team members consistent with defined procedures and also recommend and implement corrective action and training plans.
?
Prepare, plan and run effective sales meeting to achieve agreed objectives.
?
Formulate and implement sales strategy to improve sales by partnership with selected re-sellers for under-penetrated markets.
Requirements:
?
University degree in Engineering, with 2 -4years of experience including at least 2 years sales management experience.
?
Detailed knowledge of B-to-B customers? behaviour and at least 2 years of B-to-B sales experience.
?
Experience in Sales Coaching and managing sales personnel.
?
Shows high tenacity and persistency to follow through with process.
?
Familiar with the Electronics sector.
?
Knows Effective Selling Techniques and have technical background.
?
Thorough understanding and skills in assessing the factors affecting monthly volume fluctuations and the impact on quarterly / annual forecasting.
?
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
