Hi,

I will leave Singapore from 06 Dec 2008 till 04 Jan 2009 and want to rent out my condos single room during that period. You will be living in this 3 bedroom condo with my housemate who is a graduate student at NUS (guy). The condo is in Pasir Panjang close to Science Park II and NUS.

The common room for rent is furnished with bed, mattress, bed-sheet, pillow, study table + desk lamp, wadrop and air-con. Common amenities include washing machine, cloth stand, TV, living room air-con, fridge, stove, microware, oven, cupboards, pots & pans etc. Cooking is allowed.

You will be using one separate wash room. The wash room is very clean.

I am looking for a responsible person who will treat the room and the apartment as his or her. I am currently paying more than $900 for this room, so this is a very good deal for you. Just wanted some more $ for my vacation.
